WWF have provided professional development for educators since the early 1990s. Initially, our training programmes were face-to-face, but more recently we have embraced the power of the internet to offer innovative, highly participative online courses.

WWF offer an online course:

WWF also works in partnership with teacher training institutions. In particular, we are currently working on the following project:

• Partners in Change with London South Bank University

Encouraging and facilitating change in the way teachers are prepared during their initial training to prepare them for Learning for Sustainability and Education for Sustainable Development is a developing area of work for WWF.
