SCPnet - Who we are
© England's NorthwestSCPnet Partners all have duties to contribute to, or promote, Sustainable Development.
SCPnet partners are already working to shift their regions towards sustainable production and consumption, but it's a difficult transition to make and we formed SCPnet to share expertise and experience. We also wanted to join forces to get access to the best research support and thinking - this is how we will continue to change and innovate in what we do.
Understanding the links between economic strategies, resource productivity and environmental pressures helps SCPnet partners work towards sustainable consumption and production. The links introduce the partners and management of the project.
Partners
The Partnership works through the Sustainable Consumption and Production Network (SCPNet) to engage with national government, devolved governments, business, research bodies, delivery agencies and practitioners. Read more about our partners.
Management
SCPnet has a management board that involves all the programme partners. The management board meets twice a year and aims to assess progress in promoting sustainable consumption and production in the sponsoring regions. Read more
