WWF has called on the experience of two leading proponents of process design and facilitation, to develop and facilitate a customised model for this type of engagement – from collectively understanding the system to generating shared actions for change.

Outcomes

Participants will develop a deeper-rooted understanding of what is required to deliver personal mobility within planetary limits. By looking at the whole mobility system, they will gain new insights into how to achieve sustainability. They will also have a clearer understanding of how their collaborative actions can remove barriers to change.

Specifically, the project aims to generate:

  • A shared vision for sustainable personal mobility
  • Creation of a solid cross-sectoral network with shared commitments
  • Opportunities for participants to take learning/insights/ideas into action, e.g. communities of practice, collaborative experiments
  • A report that captures the learning - detailing vision and commitment to actions
  • The experience of participating in an innovative engagement model for achieving transformational change
