Ecological Budget UK - Counting Consumption
Ecological Budget UK provides a much needed evidence base to better understand the important issues of Sustainable Consumption and Production (SCP). It provides a statistical and scientific basis for SCP strategies in the UK at national and regional levels. It shows the total global impact of UK consumption, not only by accounting for direct resource flows and emissions within the UK, but also by including the manufacture of imported products and materials.

Ecological Budget - West Midlands Report
This report looks at the environmental performance of the West Midlands, and the prospects for sustainability in the region. It is one of a set from the Ecological Budget UK project, whose national report, Counting Consumption, contains more details on the data, methods and comparison between all the regions of the UK. Here, the focus is on the West Midlands. We look at the region’s built environment, economic development, and the pattern of consumption of goods and services.

Ecological Budget - North East Report
Ecological Budget North East provides a statistical and scientific basis upon which to develop sustainable consumption and production policies and proposals for the North East. It shows the global impact of consumption activities in the North East from the food people buy to the energy they use in the home. This includes resource flows and carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions associated with the use, manufacture and transporting of the goods and services people consume.

One Planet Economy Network - Prospectus Report

The final output of the Ecological Budget UK project is the One Planet Economy Network. Taking its cue from the UK government commitments, this initial consultation outlines the road ahead to achieving a One Planet Economy. This is going to be hugely challenging, which is why WWF is entering into a consultation process for this work. We welcome your views and comments - especially if you are able to contribute to the research, modelling or policy under the One Planet Economy theme.
